On-site Calibrations
Applied Technical Services has a wide range of capabilities to perform on-site calibrations of your test and measurement equipment. We travel to your facility and service your equipment reducing the amount of down time required to perform the calibration. We also calibrate large items such as Compression and Tensile Test Machines, Hardness Testers, Surface Plates, Optical Comparators and Environmental Chambers that are too large to be sent to a laboratory for calibration. We also can calibrate you’re in process equipment as well as any custom test fixtures or performance testers that you have. We specialize in the Automotive, Aerospace and Medical Industries.
All calibrations performed in the field are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance to documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001-2000, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. Upon completion of our service at your facility you will be provided with Calibration Certificates for all the items calibrated at your facility. You can also be set up on our web based interface, IPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
Our professional on-site calibration team comes to you with over 70 years of calibration experience at ATS. Many of our field technicians come from a military background where they worked in a calibration environment. We also have several technicians that possess technical degrees in electronics and engineering.
